Easy-Laser XT770
Easy-Laser XT770 is the most powerful of Generation XT alignment systems. XT770 GEO KIT with D22 laser transmitter alows you to extend the range of measurements with geometrical applications.
With Easy-Laser XT770 you can perform shaft alignment of horizontal and vertically/flange mounted machines, but also align machine trains, measure twist of foundation, soft foot, bearing clearance, and more. The EasyTrend program allows you to keep track of machine movement over time. That is useful when checking for thermal expansion and pipe strain issues for example.

Easy-Laser XT660
Easy-Laser XT660 is the second member of our Generation XT alignment systems, built upon our new cross-platform technology. This means you will be able to display data on a multitude of different handheld devices, including our own XT11.
The XT660 measuring units utilize dot laser technology. This makes it possible to measure larger machines and longer spans than line laser systems. It also provides higher accuracy when backlash in the coupling is present. In addition, dot laser allows you to check more things when installing a machine, e.g. twist of foundation and bearing clearance.

Easy-Laser XT550 Ex/ATEX
The Ex-approved XT550 system is developed for hazardous areas and is easily operated through our XT Alignment app. It is an advanced measurement system for alignment of horizontal and vertical/flange mounted rotating machinery.
The XT550 alignment system has all the features of the XT660 with one major difference – it’s intrinsically safe and can be used in potentially hazardous areas.

Easy-Laser XT440
XT440 is the first member of Generation XT alignment systems, built upon new cross-platform technology. This means you will be able to display data on a multitude of different handheld devices, including Easy-Laser XT11 display unit.
The XT products are rugged, rated both IP66 and IP67 water and dust proof. Along with the long operating times of up to 16 hours for the Display unit and 24 hours for the Measuring units, you will be able to take on and finish the toughest jobs. The XT11 display unit has a 13MP camera. You can also get it with a built-in IR camera! This means you can add a thermal image of the machine before and after alignment.
